I highly recommend Clean Concepts! Their staff is professional and friendly. They respect your home and family from the moment they walk into your home to the moment they leave. I really needed someone to professionally clean my vents and sanitize our HVAC system after the movers brought our stuff that had mold on it. Everything they use is natural, we’ve had no issues with what they used and I can tell a huge difference. I was having to change our filters weekly because they were so dusty and they still look practically new since they came. That tells me they really cleaned them well. Another bonus is how my house doesn’t seem as dusty but also makes me confident that they killed/removed all the mold spores from my HVAC. ~ Janet F

All employees are above and beyond kind, detail oriented and have taken the time to give attention to detail. They do things a little differently than we are use to in other states (we are military), and pricing is almost triple out here in AL than we’ve paid for both in FL & CO. Owner was kind and helpful and tried to work with us, still ended up paying almost double what we usually do, but also missed out on the service of air ducts being blown out and really deep cleaned. However, he took a look ahead of time and said it was in pretty good condition and would be okay. I appreciate his honesty immensely. I’m just not use to AL of all states, being so very very pricy with this type of service…. but despite that, this company is very professional, quick to respond, went above and beyond to work with us and came out as soon as possible etc. ~ Jenee' R

Workers showed up on schedule and basically hit the ground running. They really demonstrated the team approach concept and sped through the vents cleaning process. We were told in advance what to expect, and there were no surprises -- except that they finished ahead of schedule. You can imagine my surprise when the final bill was hundreds of dollars less than the price originally quoted. The owner explained that the job was not as involved as anticipated, based on the fact that this was the first time the vents were being cleaned. This is such a well run company with a commitment to excellence and customer service. We’ve called Clean Concepts three times over the past 20 years. Twice after major construction caused a dust problem. And recently after my husband’s allergy to our pets has worsened. Benjie Nall answered my call immediately and got me scheduled the next week. The guys showed up on time, were courteous and protected my belongings as they worked, and explained things every step of the way. We had the entire duct system cleaned as well as the hvac coils cleaned and the dryer vent blown out. They carefully removed every single vent in the house and not only cleaned them but repainted as necessary before putting them all back. They quoted the job at five hours and it took 5.5 hours. We were very impressed as the workers didn’t even stop for a lunch break. Highly recommend this company if you feel like your home is overly dusty or if you have allergies to dust or pet dander. ~ stacy s

We purchased our home and closed on a Friday, the owner, Benji, came and gave us a quote the next day, on a Saturday. Clean Concepts worked with our schedule to have all the ducts and dryer vent cleaned before the movers moved us in on the next Saturday. They went above and beyond our expectations by cleaning the utility closet of debris from the previous owner that was not part of his quote. I have been recommending them for 8 years to all of my appliance repair customers for any dryer venting issues they have, and I will continue to recommend them as long as I am in this area. ~ Adam Z

Referred to Clean Concepts as they are the ONLY certified company in the Montgomery area to clean air ducts with mold treatment application. Did an excellent job on the 40 yr old house we purchased. We were concerned with the dust / build up that had never been cleaned in the air ducts. Staff were professional and courteous. Took precautions not to allow furniture or areas to get dirty, cleaned behind themselves very well. We’re very happy with their service, and saw an immediate improvement in dust throughout our home. Thorough cleaning of our HVAC ducting was performed. Showed us before & after photos during procedure, took care to cover & protect furniture etc while working. Painted all vents, and even cleaned up all bathroom fans/vents. Techs were professional, pleasant, informative, and completed work in very acceptable timeframe. The 2 guys did a great job cleaning the registers, repainting and cleaning the AC units. I am concerned though that they didn't have a vacuum for the vent cleaning? Maybe I just don't understand the process?? I texted - but got no response. ***In talking to Clean Concepts - I was confused with the cleaning method. As a senior adult - I was expecting a large Vacuum! He explained the process and sent me pictures of my "clean" vents. It was a pleasure to work with Clean Concepts. Very professional and they did an excellent job. I purchased a rental house that had been smoked in for years, there was also a lot of pet hair in the duct work. Clean Concepts thoroughly cleaned the duct work and took apart the furnace to clean all the parts that were caked with nicotine and pet filth. There isn't a hint of tobacco or pet smell now when I run the HVAC unit. They do incredible work. I recommend them without reservation. ~ Seth R

Tyler and Brianna were so prepared and professional when they came to clean my ducts and vents after a fire. They introduced themselves, were sooo polite and respectful of my home. I had a 50yr old A/C trunk line that was incredibly dirty. It had handfuls of dirt inside with the interior insulation. Replacement wasn’t really an option and all the local A/C companies kept referring me to the same person/company….Benji. His crew was very efficient and thorough. They made access to trunk line and meticulously hand vacuumed every inch of it. The working space in the crawlspace wasn’t exactly friendly either. I would highly recommend them! ~ James F

Great company! Life got in the way and I had to reschedule the HVAC system cleaning twice, but they were very accommodating and understanding. When they worked they were again very accommodating with a newborn in the house. They caught a broken pipe too that I wasn’t aware of that definitely avoided future damage, and were able to repair that just fine. Three condo owners had our vents cleaned today. They took them down, cleaned and power vacuumed each vent including bathroom fans. Then they cleaned the ducts at the HVAC and sprayed antibacterial and anti-mold in the system and ran through the vents for 15 mins. I highly recommend Clean Concepts as they were timely, professional, neat and respectful of our property. Upon arrival, the owner went to each resident and let them know they were here. Our house was built in 2006 and I would guess the dryer vent duct had never been cleaned. Clean concepts cleaned out years of lint and a shoestring. They were communicative, kind, and checked in with me before and after they serviced the dryer vent. I will be certain to have them periodically service the vents in our home. Cleaned my dryer vent that existed through the attic. On time, well equipped, efficient. They cut a hole in the top of the vent to gain access, covered and sealed the hole with a metal plate, and repainted the vent. Best looking vent on my roof now. Dryer vent is clear and works great! Clean Concepts cleaned our dryer vent that had not been cleaned in about three years. It was amazing how much lint had accumulated in that time. We have a vertical dryer vent which made it a little more work, but the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Clean Concepts to anyone for dryer vent cleaning. ~ Bill M
